About the Lab

Sugar Science Catering is a small-batch, home-based dessert catering business. Run by a husband-and-wife team, our goal is to provide delicious, hand-crafted desserts that have the taste of being homemade without any of the hassle.

THE TEAM

Sugar Science is owned and operated by Emmett and Tali Watson. Between the 2 of us, we have over 10 years of culinary experience. Tali also has a background in Chemistry, hence the name "Sugar Science". She uses her knowledge of chemical reactions and scientific formulas to create the perfect bake every time. Emmett has a knack for flavors, meaning you can be confident that every bite will be delicious.
